Join our small, fully remote team as our<\/strong><\/h2>Marketing & Social Media Lead<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>If you love travelling, meeting new people and live and breathe all things social media, you could spend the next year exploring the world with our community of remote workers.<\/p>
You'll create content across our social channels, manage email marketing and help grow the Noma Collective brand from some pretty incredible places around the world.<\/p>
<\/p>
What you'll do<\/strong><\/h3>- Film and edit short-form content during our trips<\/li>
- Plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube<\/li>
- Write engaging copy for social posts, emails and campaigns<\/li>
- Analyse performance and use insights to continually improve results<\/li>
- Travel with our community across multiple destinations<\/li>
- Capture photography and long-form video<\/li>
- Be an active part of our community, not just behind the camera<\/li>
- Manage our CRM, including email marketing, customer journeys and marketing automations<\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Who you are<\/strong><\/h3>- Ready and able to travel<\/li>
- Social media savvy, with experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube and TikTok<\/li>
- Bonus if you have previous travel content experience<\/li>
- Know your way around Canva or Photoshop<\/li>
- Comfortable co-working with ChatGPT or Claude and confident with prompting<\/li>
- At home with social analytics, and you know what to do with the numbers<\/li>
- You love meeting new people<\/li>
- As confident on camera as you are off it<\/li>
- Naturally curious, with a positive attitude<\/li>
- Excited to take ownership and make this role your own<\/li><\/ul>
